The Cause of Bearing Premature Failure

Bearings is a small part which can fix and reduce load coefficient of friction during the processing of mechanical transmission. No matter vibrating screen, belt conveyor, bucket elevator or scraper chain conveyor, bearing is always one of their important parts. However, there is premature failure phenomenon during using. So we will introduce the cause of the bearing premature failure.
Improper installation
A big number of the premature failure bearings are cause by improper installation or the users haven’t realized to use correct installation tools. For correct and effective installation and disassembly,different installations may require mechanical, hydraulic or heating method. Improper lubrication
Although we do not need to consider this problem if using” free- maintenance” bearing, there are still 36% bearing premature failures are due to incorrect technical parameters of lubricant. As bearing is the most difficult part to be accessed in the whole machine, neglecting lubrication may cause all kinds of problems
Pollution
Bearing is a precision part, they can not work efficiently if they can not keep away from the pollutant. At least 14% of all bearing premature failures are due to pollution problem.

2015 Winter Games was Held at PK Machinery

Last week, for the purpose of arousing the staff’s enthusiasm effectively and enriching their lives, PK Machineryhas carried out winter games. Meanwhile, this winter games have achieved great success.
In the beginning, the leader of our PK Machinery gave a speech to present the spirit of our company and explain activity rules, after that we started games competition. This winter games include 6 items which were tug-of-war contests, rope skipping, set shot, hold the ball race, across the “river” by touching the bricks and ride a bicycle slowly. All of us were involved in the winter games and the atmosphere during the games kept warm and high all the time. In the end of the winter games, we selected the winners of each game and awarded prizes for them. Through this winter games, we became a more united and stronger team.
During our working time, we also have many activities like this. PK Machinery has done better and better to enrich our life and promote our company to develop better.

How to debug linear vibration sieve?

1. Linear vibrating screen generally adopts three-phase alternating current. Please ensure correct power supply connection ,no conductive material, specialized alternating current socket.
2. The base must be fixed firmly by bolt to guarantee a same height difference front and back supporting seat , the feeding end and discharge end in a horizontal plane, otherwise screening effect will not reach the requirements of qualified products.
3. Check the flatness of screen mesh, ensure screen mesh is installed on the frame correctly, keep the screen mesh in the same horizontal plane to prevent screen tilt, and screening materials not up to the ideal state.
4. Check the each component of linear vibrating screen to ensure they’re firm and reliable, all the bolts must be tightened without looseness.
5. Ensure there is 30-50mmgap between linear vibrating screen and the surrounding fixtures, and check whether screw is locked well or not.
6. Take off the transportation support before starting up the linear vibrating screen, and add the support again until the vibrating screen operation becomes normal.
7. Pay attention to observe the material trajectory after starting up, adjust the screening state according to the material screening trajectory.

5 methods to solve vibration motor frequent trip problem

Almost everyone knows the basic operation of vibration motor, but there are some points we need notice in the process of operation,especially the vibration motor frequent trip problem, according to our technical personnel’s experience, now we introduce some methods to avoid the trip for your reference:
1.Capacity unconformity or aging of vibration motor air switch and overcurrent protective device, just change the switch will solve the problem.
2. The wire cable skin of vibration motor is broken ,this is mostly due to wear and tear during long period use,it can be wrapped with tape.
3. Bearing damages or lacks oil,lead to overload trip.Thus we should replace the bearing timely.
4. Vibration motor power supply doesn’t work,or circuit breaker gets aging.
5. The magnetic circuit performance of vibration motor decline,causing too much current.
The above several problems are relatively simple to handle,according to the corresponding reasons, users themselves can solve them through adopting corresponding methods. What Factors that Affect the Screw Conveyor Conveying Efficiency ?

Introduction of Circular Vibrating Screen

Circular Vibrating Screen is a kind of new and highly effective vibrating screen that does circular vibrations and has multiple layers. What Should We Pay Attention to the Selection of Vibrating Screen Coupling

Vibrating screen coupling is commonly used in mechanical transmission components. It is used to put two shaft coupling together, a component which cannot separate with rotation and transmission torque of two shafts when the vibrating screen is running; only after the machine stop and after joint apart, two shafts can be separated. Coupling is a kind of standard part, when using we can choose coupling according to the requirements of national standards and the using requirements.

Due to the manufacturing and installation error, two shafts of coupling connection may occur deformation after bearing and the influence of temperature change, often cannot guarantee strict centring, however, there is some degree of relative displacement. So choose cross coupling between the reducer and the clutch, oldham coupling is composed of two end surface fluted half coupling and the middle plate of protruding teeth both sides. Because convex teeth can slide in groove, so it can compensate for the relative displacement between the two shafts in installation and operation. This kind material of coupling parts can be available for 45# steel, work surface needs heat treatment to improve its hardness. It is also available for Q275 steel when the requirement is lower, no heat treatment is required. In order to reduce friction and tear, when using we should lubricate from the oil hole in the middle.
Because sliding pair is consist of half coupling and the middle plate, which can't occur relative rotation, therefore, angular velocity of the drive shaft and the driven shaft should be equal. But when there are relative displacement between the two shafts, middle plate will generate a lot of centrifugal force, which will increase the dynamic load and wear. Therefore when we choose coupling, we should pay attention to that working speed shall not be greater than the specified value.
